ARI Participates in UNESCO’s International Women Leaders Conference

Representatives of the ARI Institute, Executive Vice-President, Rachel Laitman and PR and International Affairs Managing Director, Norma Livne, took part in the 27th International Women Leaders Conference that was recently hosted in Haifa, Israel. The theme was “Science, Technology and Innovation: Education and Training for Women and Girls.”

Participants in the conference included UN Deputy Secretary General, Dr. Asha-Rose Migiro and UNESCO’s Director General, Mrs. Irina Bokova, in addition to distinguished ministers, members of parliament and academics from close to 50 countries and international organizations.

The event was jointly organized by UNESCO, Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MASHAV), and the Golda Meir Mount Carmel International Training Center.
